What can change the total?
The base assumes the property is empty, power and water are connected, and lift or one-level access is available. The final total is confirmed after TYG sees the condition and scope.
- Heavy grease, mould or full-wall washing
- Oven, fridge or other appliance interiors when not included
- High or exterior windows and extra balconies
- Rubbish removal, parking, tolls or difficult access
