Website quote form
The quote form turns the name, contact number, service, date, postcode, property details, empty status, carpet, parking/access and condition notes you enter into a WhatsApp message. The website does not submit those form details to a TYG database. You review the message in WhatsApp and decide whether to send it.
Direct contact and property material
If you contact TYG by phone or WhatsApp, TYG receives the contact details, address, photos, video and booking information you choose to send. That material is used to assess scope, quote, schedule, match a contractor and handle communication relating to the booking.
The address, scope, timing and access information needed for the job may be shared with a proposed or confirmed independent contractor. Do not send card details, identity documents or sensitive information unrelated to the clean.
Website technical data
The site is hosted through Cloudflare. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser, request time and requested page may be processed for delivery, security and troubleshooting. That processing is also governed by the hosting platform’s own terms.
At the date of this notice, the site code does not include advertising tracking or analytics cookies added by TYG. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice must be updated.
Retention, deletion and correction
Enquiry and booking information should be kept only for a reasonable period needed to quote, deliver the service, handle follow-up and maintain necessary records. You can ask to correct or delete information controlled by TYG. Some records may need to be retained where required for payment records, legal obligations or an existing dispute.
