Surface clean vs interior clean
A standard clean may include accessible exterior surfaces. Interior work is different because ovens, fridges and cupboards can hold grease, food residue, smell, mould or forgotten items. If interior cleaning is needed, list it before booking.
Balconies vary a lot
A small clear balcony is not the same as a large balcony with plants, storage boxes, bird mess or balcony glass. Send photos so TYG can decide whether it belongs in the base scope or needs a separate line.
The cleanest way to quote it
Ask for the add-on by name: oven interior, fridge interior, balcony floor, balcony glass, heavy grease or mould. That wording keeps the expectation clear for the customer and the contractor.
Where prices are mentioned, this guide uses TYG Cleaning’s published rates reviewed on 11 August 2026. The final price depends on the written condition-based scope.
