What a cleaner-hour means

Cleaner-hour is a simple way to count labour. One cleaner working one extra hour is one cleaner-hour. Two cleaners working one extra hour each is two cleaner-hours. Two cleaners working two extra hours each is four cleaner-hours.

When extra time usually appears

Extra time can appear when the property is not empty, there is heavy grease, mould, pet hair, extra rubbish, more balcony work than described, blocked access, unlisted appliance interiors or extra items requested after the quote.

Why written scope protects both sides

A written scope makes the base price and the extra work separate. The customer knows what is included, and TYG can check whether a new request is part of the original booking or a separate labour line.
